Zach is the Director of Private Equity for Tuscan Gardens. Zach is responsible for handling all of Tuscan Gardens' private equity investors from beginning to end throughout their Investment. Zach’s passion for real estate and experience in client relations is what brought him to Tuscan Gardens Senior Living Communities. His ability to present highly detailed real estate structures through his experience with previous investment groups and companies makes him a valuable asset on the private equity side. Prior to Joining the company in 2015, Zach worked with multiple firms on real estate syndications performing various duties such as creating, structuring, marketing, and helping raise millions of dollars of capital for over 10 years. He has over 20 years experience in both commercial and residential real estate as well as the financial markets.
